Abstract

결론
성장발육중인 아동의 습관성 편측저작에 따른 악근육의 기능변화를 조사할 목적으로 편측
저작습관을 가진 성장기 아동들로부터 하악의 임상적인 안정위와 이 악물기위에서의 양측
교근 및 측두근의 평균 근활성도와 최대근활성도를 계측, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻
었다.
1. 임상적 안정위에서 교근 및 측두근의 최대 근활성도는 습관성 저작측이 더 높게 나타났
다.
2. 임상적인 안정위에서 교근 및 측두근의 평균 근활성도는 습관성 편측 저작측이 더 높았
다.
3. 이악물기위에서의 근활성도는 측두근에서 습관성 저작측이 더 높게 나타났다.

With the aim of evaluating the functional characteristics and alterations of masticatory
muscles in growing children with side-chewing habit, average and maximum muscle
activities of right and left masseter and anterior temporal were measured at clinical rest
position and clenching position from them with electromyography. The data were
processed and analyzed, which yields the results are follows :
1. In clinical rest position, habitually chewing side showed the higher maximum muscle
activities in both masseter and temporal muscles.
2. In clinical rest position, habitually chewing side showed the higher average muscle
activities in both masseter and temporal muscles.
3. In clenching position, temporal muscles in habitually preferred side showed the
higher muscle activities.
